Vanilinis ryžių pudingas su razinomis

Ryžių pudingas tai ir puikus desertas, ir fantastiškas pusrytis arba vakarienė, kaip jums labiau patinka, o ir pagaminti jį nėra ką. Nepakartojamas tiek šiltas, tiek šaltas. Idėją pudingui gavau iš anksčiau rodytos laidos „Beatos virtuvė“.
Reikės:
6 VŠ ryžių (geriausia kuo labiau krakmolingų, jei neturit issiversit ir su turimais, tik neplaukit prieš verdant)
~ 0, 5 l pieno,
~ 1 VŠ cukraus,
šiek tiek druskos,
0,5 vanilės lazdelės,
saujos razinų.
Gaminame:
Ryžius užpilame vandeniu, svarbu, kad apsemtų ryžius, bet daug nereikia. Verdam kol ryžiai lengvai apverda, per tą laiką turi išgaruot vanduo, jei matom, kad vandens mažai – įpilam dar šiek tiek. Apvirus ryžiams pilame pieno, kažkur 1 – 1,5 cm virš ryžių ir verdame, kol ryžiai išverda ir beveik suverda, jei reikia, dar pilam pieno. Svarbu virti ant mažos kaitros ir vis pamaišyti, kad baigiant virti – neprisviltų. Pabaigai sudedame plikytas, mirkytas razinas ir paskutinėjame vanilės lazdelės vidinės dalies, pilame šlakelį pieno ir dar kelias minutes paverdame.
Valgyti galima pagardinus mėgstama uogiene.
