Orkaitėje keptos bulvės (ilgasis variantas)

Taip orkaitėje bulves kepdavo mano proprosenelis. Jam užtekdavo kantybės iškept nepjaustytas bulves, krosnies orkaitėje. Dar dabar pamenu tas kvapnias, ruda, traškia plutele pasidengusias bulves.

Šį būdą vadinu ilguoju (trumpąjį aprašiau anksčiau), tačiau palaukti verta, nes  bulvės – pasakiškos.

Reikės:

bulvių (kiekis pagal valgančiųjų skaičių),

alyvuogių aliejaus,

druskos,

mėgstamų bulvių prieskonių,

70 g. Džiugo (galima tarkuoto) arba kito mėgstamo kietojo sūrio,

česnakų padažo (naudojau Heinz Česnakų padažą, be konservantų).

Gaminame:

Bulves nuskutame, nuplauname, perpjauname pusiau, jei bulvės didelės – į keturias dalis. Perpjautas puseles nuplauname ir nusausiname.  Kepimo skardą patepame alyvuogių aliejumi.  Kiekvieną bulvės pusę taip pat ištepame aliejumi. Barstome druska, mėgstamais prieskoniais (galima ir nebarstyt).

Bulves kepame iki 200 laipsnių įkaitintoje orkaitėje, jei turim naudojam grilio funciją. Kepam kol bulvės gražiai pagels. Kad įsitikint ar tikrai iškepė vidus galima patikrint įbestu dantų krapštuku arba šakute. Bulvės vidus turi būt minkštas.

Prisukam orkaitę iki 180 laipsnių, bulves pabarstom tarkuotu Džiugu, pašlakstom česnakų padažų. Dar kartą pakepam bulves kol sūris gražiai išsileis ir bulvės plutelė gražiai paruduos.
