Labai greitai paruošiamas varškės apkepas

Šis receptas Nr. 1 mano užrašinėje.
Daug metų ieškojau jo, to skonio iš vaikystės, kur valgydavom moklykloj. Jau buvau nusivylusi, nė vienas receptas, kurį bandžiau, nebuvo panašus, kol vieną kartą, vyro teta Aurelija pavaišino juo, tobulu, paprastu, bet neprastu… varškės apkepu mmm…
Dažniausiai šį apkepą ruošiu vakarienei, labai greitas ir mano šeimos labai mėgstamas.
Reikės:
1 kg varškės
5 kiaušinių
3 VŠ manų kruopų
2 VŠ krakmolo
5 VŠ cukraus
1 AŠ kepimo miltelių
vanilinio cukraus ar vanilės, razinų arba spanguolių su kuo jums skaniau.
Gaminame:
Į indą su varške sudedame kiaušinius, cukrų ir viską išmaišome su trintuve (blenderiu). Jei trintuvės nėra, tada reiktų gerai pasidarbuoti šaukštu, kad ištrint varškės gumuliukus, tada sudedame visus kitus produktus. Krečiam į kepimo indą išteptą sviestu arba kepimo popieriumi ir kepam ~ 0,5 val. iki 200 laipsnių įkaitintoje orkaitėje.
Jei yra noro galima kiaušinio baltymus išplakt atskirai ir sudėt pačioje pabaigoje, bet patariu nevargt, mano ilgametė šio apkepo kepimo patirtis sako, kad skaniausias jis tada, kai labai gerai ištrinta varškė. Net jei ir nelabai, vistiek jis bus purus ir minkštas, burnoj tirpstantis.
Salžiai saldžiai mėgstantiems, šis apkepas nėra saldus, tad jei norisi cukraus dėkit dvigubai, arba valgykit su uogiene mmm..
